Anacapa Receives DNV Statement of Feasibility

DNV SoF

Santa Barbara, CA — December 11, 2025 — Anacapa Wavepower announces that DNV, a global leader in assurance and risk management, has issued a Statement of Feasibility (SoF) for the company’s LumaNet wave energy converter. The SoF was issued under DNV-SE-0120: Certification of Wave Energy Converters and Arrays and confirms that the LumaNet technology is feasible and suited for continued development and certification within DNV’s internationally recognized framework.

The SoF follows DNV’s review of the technology’s engineering basis, risk profile, and qualification methodology.
